COFFEE BREAKS & LUNCH-TIME ORGANIZATION

Coffee breaks will be offered free of charge to all participants who present their voucher. It will be held in the cloister of building A of the Faculty of Civil and Industrial Engineering during the following time slots:

10:30 – 10:50
15:30 – 16:00

Lunch will be held at the Sapienza cafeteria in Via delle Sette Sale 29 (please follow the indication on the map).

The growing number of exhibitors and participants, combined with the reduced time available for lunch (due to the increase in scientific and other sessions), has made it no longer possible to provide lunch in the Cloister Area. This decision also takes into account important security considerations.

Lunch will be provided free of charge to all speakers, chairs and exhibitors from 13:00 to 14:00.

Inside the conference bag provided to you at the front desk you will find 5 vouchers named and colored for each day of the conference.

These vouchers will allow you to pick up your lunch in two ways:

1) It is possible to eat your lunch at the university canteen at Via delle Sette Sale 29. You only need to bring the voucher that has been provided to you. Below the directions to the canteen (5-minute walk) or a QR code with the precise location on the map of the university canteen.

2) It is possible to request it brought up, inside a box, directly to the cloister (so that it can be consumed more quickly) however, there will only be two options available:

Light Lunch 1 (Pasta & side dish)
Light Lunch 2 (Meat or fish & side dish)
The other options can only be consumed in the university canteen

To avail of the service, you must reserve it free of charge by bringing the voucher at the reception daily, strictly before 10:00 am. It is necessary to reserve the service day by day.

If the service is reserved after 10:00, it will not be valid. No exceptions will be possible due to organizational reasons.

Participants who don’t belong to any of these categories (auditors) can only have lunch at the Sapienza Cafeteria in Via delle Sette Sale 29 by paying a reduced fee upon presenting their voucher.

In order to have lunch, every participant must hand to the restaurant staff the ticket corresponding to its status that will be given to them at the moment of registration.
