TT.II - Technical Parallel Track Sessions
Design, Development and Characterization of Novel Nanostructures for Sensor Applications
Co-organized with University of Latvia
Chair: Roman VITER, University of Latvia

This session offers a valuable opportunity to engage with distinguished researchers in materials science and sensor technology who are currently collaborating with the University of Latvia on innovative initiatives, including the HE-MCSA-RISE-2022-Sens4Corn and LU-BA-PA-2024/1-0040 projects.
This session provides a distinctive forum for experts across nanotechnology, organic and inorganic chemistry, microfluidics, optical detection methods, chemical sensors, and agriculture sciences to present recent advancements, foster idea exchange, and strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration through open and dynamic discussions. The session includes academic and industrial partners, demonstrating actual needs and solutions in agriculture sector. Following a brief introduction, the program will explore the development of next-generation materials for sensor technologies, exploring their structural characterization using state-of-the-art spectroscopic and microscopic techniques.
